Terms of Service

These terms describe how Nestora Digital ("we", "us") works with you ("you", the business owner). By requesting a sample or purchasing a website from us, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before moving forward.

1. What we provide

We design and build one-page, mobile-first websites for small local service businesses. We also offer an optional Google Business Profile setup.

2. Free sample

We may prepare a free sample of your website before you pay. The sample is free and creates no obligation for you. If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.

3. Pricing and payment

• One-page website: $249, one-time.
• Optional Google Business Profile setup: $79, one-time.
• We do not charge a monthly fee.

You pay only if you decide to go ahead after seeing your sample. Any work outside the scope described here will be discussed and agreed with you in writing before it starts.

4. Edits

One round of edits is included in the website price. Send your requested changes together so we can apply them in one pass.

5. Domain and launch

Your domain name (web address) is registered in your name and paid by you directly to the domain registrar, typically about $12–20 per year. We help you launch the website on your own domain. Domain registrars and hosting providers are third parties with their own terms and prices, which we do not control.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other materials you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are also responsible for making sure the information on your website (such as services, prices, service area and contact details) is accurate.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid, the website we build for you is yours to use for your business.

8. No guarantees of results

We build the website and set up search-friendly basics, but we do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads or sales. No one can honestly promise those.

9. Concept designs

The concept designs shown on this website are fictional businesses created to show our style. They are not real businesses or clients.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages or changes made by third-party providers such as registrars, hosting providers or Google.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.
