Nestora Digital ("we", "us") builds websites for small local businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the request form on this website, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, type of business and your message, plus any photos and service details you send later.
- Public business information. We may use publicly available business information (for example, business listings) to prepare a sample website for you.
- Technical information. When you submit the form, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic request details so the site can work and to help block spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many requests come from one address in a short time.
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare samples, build and deliver your website, and keep records of our conversations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use Google Gmail to send and receive email. Our internal email tool accesses our own Nestora mailbox only to send our messages and read replies sent to us. Google user data is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics, and it does not load third-party scripts or fonts.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers we need to run our business (such as our email and website hosting providers), or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us at any time. If we email you, reply "no thanks" and we will not contact you again.
Concept designs
The concept designs on this website feature fictional businesses. They do not contain information about real people or companies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
